These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the sevaiOS platform (“Service”), operated by EntreLift (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered under the MSME Act in Tamil Nadu, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you (“Subscriber”) agree to these Terms.
sevaiOS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for Tamil Nadu e-Sevai and Common Service Centre (CSC) operators. It provides tools for request tracking, billing, money counter management, and reporting.
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Applicable GST (currently 18%) is charged in addition to the base subscription fee. Annual plans are billed as a single annual payment. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to the selected plan’s features. No payment is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. Accounts not converted within 3 days after trial expiry may be suspended.
You agree to use sevaiOS only for lawful purposes in connection with operating a registered e-Sevai or CSC center. You must not share account credentials with parties outside your center, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to process fraudulent transactions.
Data you enter into sevaiOS (citizen names, service requests, billing records) remains yours. We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (such as payment processing). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We target 99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided via WhatsApp and email on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
EntreLift’s liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
When you register and use sevaiOS, we collect:
We use the data you provide solely to operate and improve sevaiOS. We do not use your citizens’ data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you within the platform.
Data is stored on servers provided by DigitalOcean. We maintain daily backups with 30-day retention. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
We share data with third parties only in the following limited cases:

Your data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after termination or account deletion, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing info@sevaios.in. We respond to such requests within 7 business days.

The 7-day free trial requires no payment. If you do not convert to a paid plan, no charge is made and no refund is applicable.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the payment date. After 7 days, no refund is issued for the remaining subscription period. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
Upgrading your plan mid-cycle: the difference is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days in the period. Downgrading: the change takes effect at the next renewal date; no partial refund is given for the current period.
If sevaiOS experiences downtime resulting in measured monthly uptime below 99%, we will apply a service credit equal to one month’s subscription fee to your account. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not paid out as cash.
Email info@sevaios.in with the subject “Refund Request — [your center name]”. Include your registered email address and the reason for the request. We process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.
